When I acquired my Meisterstück 134, I was first surprised and delighted by the deep black of the barrel. After I had dismantled the writing instrument and given it a thorough cleaning, the beautiful, long ink view window came to light.

Unfortunately, I also noticed that the writing instrument had been used very frequently and the barrel had become partially transparent. Also, the individual viewing windows are no longer as clearly visible as on some other antique masterpieces.

A writing instrument with a long history, so to speak.

The old sealing cork was replaced with a new one, the mechanism was greased and finally everything was polished and reassembled.
